A one-time, non-refundable fee that supports the time and resources needed to review your child’s application, schedule tours, and guide families through the initial interview and consideration process. It ensures that each application receives thoughtful, individualized attention. Admissions are WAIVED for our founding year.
A non-refundable enrollment fee is paid after your child is accepted. It covers the administrative work of setting up student records and portfolios, preparing required licensing documentation, creating classroom files, and organizing start-of-year materials to ensure a smooth and welcoming first day. Enrollment is WAIVED for our founding year.
The enrollment renewal fee is for 2nd-year students and covers the administrative work involved in updating records and portfolios, maintaining licensing compliance, and organizing start-of-year materials for the upcoming year. Enrollment is WAIVED for our 2027 returning students.
To secure your child’s place in our program, we require a placement deposit equal to the first month’s tuition, which is applied to your first month and serves as a commitment to enrollment. Because we immediately reserve that seat exclusively for your family—finalizing class ratios, staffing, and materials based on your child’s placement—the deposit is non-refundable and allows us to offer the opening to another family in a timely and respectful way if your plans change.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. We offer a 5 day grace period. After that, our late fee accrues daily.
There is a 5-minute grace period. Thereafter, you will be charged by the minute.
To celebrate the launch of Sacred Roots, we are offering a special referral benefit for founding families. When a currently enrolled family refers a new family who completes enrollment and secures a space, both families will have their admission and enrollment fees waived. Our interest form will include a section to list anyone they have owill share Sacred Roots with, ensuring referral connections are recorded and the discount is applied to the first month’s tuition once enrollment is confirmed.
Families enrolling more than one child will receive a 5% sibling discount applied to the lower tuition rate.
In addition to 5% off tuition, the Admission fee and Enrollment fee is also waived.
Students who are enrolled for our 2026, founding year, will receive the same rate OR lower for 2027.
Sacred Roots Early Learning intends to participate in approved state and local financial aid programs so qualifying families may use assistance toward tuition. As a new program, we must first meet all licensing and program requirements before we are eligible to apply. Once approved, we will work directly with funding agencies to coordinate payments and will notify families as soon as financial aid becomes available.

Sacred Roots Early Learning operates year-round with intentional seasonal breaks that allow time for rest, reflection, and renewal for both children and educators (find our school year calendars here). Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and divided into equal monthly payments for consistency and ease. This means that monthly tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, closures, or breaks.
